How refunds work for coins purchased on LazLyz.

Coin purchases on lazlyz.com are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. This policy works alongside Paddle's buyer terms.
LazLyz operates under my business name, meslzy — your bank statement may show Paddle and Meslzy rather than LazLyz.
If you bought a coin pack and haven't spent any of it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Coins already spent on started matches are non-refundable. If you've spent part of a pack, the unspent remainder can be refunded within the 14-day window.
The free coins granted when your balance runs out are not purchases — they have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged.
A match that fails to start shouldn't cost you anything — the coins are returned to your balance automatically. If that ever doesn't happen, contact me and they'll be restored.
If the Site is permanently shut down, unused purchased coins will be refunded.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the Paddle order number from your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Coins are delivered to your account immediately at purchase, and by spending them within that window you ask me to begin the service immediately — the withdrawal right lapses for the spent portion, while the unspent portion remains refundable as described above.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
