These terms govern your use of lazlyz.com. They're written to be read — short, plain, and honest.

By accessing lazlyz.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
LazLyz is a real-time multiplayer party-game site — you create a room, invite people, pick a mode, and play. I'm Mohammed Albalawi, an independent developer based in Saudi Arabia, and I operate LazLyz under my business name, meslzy. Playing and joining rooms is free; starting a match costs coins.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use LazLyz.
You can play with a full account or as a guest. Guest accounts are temporary and are automatically deleted after they expire. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] right away.
Coins are the Site's virtual currency. Every user starts with a small amount of free coins and receives more once their balance runs out, and the room host spends coins to start a match — joining and playing is always free.
Coin packs are purchased through Paddle.com as merchant of record — Paddle handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and your payment details. I never see or store your card number. Because LazLyz operates under my business name, your bank statement may show Paddle and meslzy rather than LazLyz.
Coins have no cash value, are tied to your account, and are not transferable. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Don't cheat: no bots, automation, exploiting bugs, or interfering with matches. Don't harass other players, use offensive usernames or avatars, or post content in chat that is illegal, exploits minors, or promotes violence or hate.
Don't scrape or automate access beyond normal use, bypass rate limits, coins, or security measures, or reverse engineer the Site. I may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.
You own what you bring — your username, nickname, avatar choices, and chat messages. You grant me a limited, non-exclusive license to display them to other players in real time, which is what makes the game work.
Room chat is relayed live between players and is not stored on my servers.
Some modes optionally connect to your Twitch channel so your chat can play along. Linking Twitch is your choice, and your use of Twitch remains subject to Twitch's own terms and policies.
I run LazLyz on a best-effort basis, without an uptime guarantee. Games, modes, and features may change, be rate-limited, or be discontinued.
If the Site is permanently shut down, unused purchased coins will be refunded.
The Site's code, design, games, logos, and brand belong to me. Your content is explicitly excluded — that's yours.
You may stop using LazLyz or delete your account at any time. I may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination — disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — remain in effect.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and my total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — there, liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent courts there. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes get a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. Questions? [email protected].
